  • Food and Your Mood: Discover what your body and brain need in order to function optimally.

  • Movement to Manage Strong Emotions: Learn ways to move that can relieve stress and anxiety, and increase resilience.

Each 60-minute session is facilitated by:

You’ll receive:

  • A recording of the call. 

  • A digital handbook summarizing the call with links to all resources mentioned during the session.

  • 1 week of email support after the call. Send me up to 2 emails with questions about anything we discussed on the call for clarification or encouragement.
